ATLANTA (July 5, 2017) – The latest Premier Boxing Champions on Bounce was a big hit.
Premier Boxing Champions on Bounce aired Fri. June 30 at 9:00 p.m. (ET) live from the Huntington Center in Toledo, OH with a premiere play for the west coast immediately following. The two airings combined to reach more than 1.3 million viewers 2+ and over one million Households.
Head-to-head Friday night, PBC on Bounce beat Golden Boy Boxing on ESPN2 in Households (By +11%), Persons 18-49 (+14%), P25-54 (+28%), Men 25-54 (+12%), M2+ (+9%) and P2+ (+31%).
The live 9:00 p.m. Premier Boxing Champions on Bounce telecast saw strong double-and-triple digit gains vs. the previous PBC on Bounce telecast (3/17/17), up +17% in Households, +106% in Persons 18-49, +62% in P25-54, +36% in Men 25-54, +34% in M2+ and +39% in P2+. The telecast also showed significant time period gains over the prior four weeks.
The Premier Boxing Champions on Bounce main event saw unbeaten lightweight world champion, Toledo’s own Robert Easter (20-0, 14 KOs) successfully defend his title for the second time with a victory over top contender Denis Shafikov (38-3, 20 KOs).
